HOA PARTNERS was founded in 2021 by Richard Perry and his daughter Aidyl Perry-Nate, based on his personal experience as a Board Member and President of his homeowners association, as well as his experience as a portfolio manager with two management firms.

HOA PARTNERS fees are flat monthly amounts. HOA PARTNERS does not have hidden administrative costs added to the monthly fee. No “office supplies”, “office costs”, “storage of association’s documents”, fax, telephone, invoices, checks or postage markups like other management firms. NO hidden costs.
